Throb Tek operates under South African law and chiefly serves customers based in South Africa. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders destined for territories where our products are
restricted or prohibited.

Throb Tek strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and other information presented on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. Nevertheless, occasional errors may occur. All prices appear in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Promotions may carry their own rules. Every item is offered subject to stock availability.

By uploading content you grant Throb Tek a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, publish, and distribute that material for marketing or other legitimate business purposes. You
guarantee you own or control the rights to everything you submit and that your content doesn’t infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify Throb Tek against claims arising from your
contribution.

protected by South African intellectual-property legislation. No portion may be copied, republished,
